Now I have a couple of questions for you guys, when you ride should the gears grind and snap into the next gear, or should it be smooth? could it just be rider error? If i try going into a higher gear as in 3 left hand 7 right hand, It'll just jump out completely and just spin without being in a gear, even when im going fast or slow. The brakes are horrible but the suspension is actually ok. I come from a motocross background so ive been spoiled with great suspension.
So I believe it is about time for a new bike, my question which!? Theres so many bikes/brands/models that I have no idea where to start. I want to go used to save a little money and working on bikes is pretty fun to me. How much will i be looking at for a decent bicycle. http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/bia/ Theres my local classifieds incase you want to find some. Im open to all brands/bikes as long as it has a front and rear suspension(does the rear really do anything?)
