Phone App for a warm up routine?

Even when I start slow and take proper precautions when beginning my ride I eventually get tight and achy which ends my rides prematurely. Does anyone know of a simple warm up routine that will loosen my entire body before long rides?
 
Are there specific places that you need a little more help? I have found that my legs and back really need to be loose beforehand so I try some yoga if I know I am going to be riding for a longer period of time. Might help you as well, who knows.
