I think the S32 is a great deal and a great bike. I considered it when getting my first bike last
year. I ended up getting an S22 instead because I got a good deal on the closeout and because of the
better components that were on that bike.
As far as the 2003 vs the 2004, I think I like the 2003 bike better. From what I can tell, they're
almost exactly the same except that the 2003 has a full Shimano drivetrain whereas for 2004, they've
downgraded the front deraileur to Tiagra. You can probably also get the 2003 at a closeout price and
save a little money.
