Some things to think about. Muscle weighs more than fat. Losing weight is not always the same as losing fat. Since I started riding again I've actually gained weight(muscle), but I'm slowly leveling out again (losing fat). Anyone can lose weight, but doing it without actually harming your body and keeping it off is more dificult. Yes, muscles weighs more than fat, but you should not be able to gain more muscle mass than you are burning fat, its almost impossible. You might burn 500-800 grams of fat each month with regular hard workout (cardiotraining) and correct diet, but you cant gain 500 grams of muscle mass in a month. The thing is, when you workout, the body is storing a lot of water, so that might be it, the waterbalance in your body are leveling out now. It doesnt have to be "dangerous" to loose fat, but a lot of people are doing it wrong. Starving themselves or to much training... It should be a combined diet and correct amount of training. Thats logic :-) Cya Peter |

Katch http://tinyurl.com/9zdc It's a college level text so some folks my need an un-abridged dictionary, but it's well worht the read. |

My body has a freaky balance to it where my density changes without messing with my mass too much. During my peak laziness periods I will be noticibly filled out but only gain maybe 5 pounds over my fit self. Weighing myself got really boring cause nothing ever changed. The only time I bother to step on the scale anymore is before and after a big dump |
