Default Hear what Mongooses are good for.

I get home from work someone is yelling my name from a
1/4 mile up the road. I wait for the him to reach me he says I got
a Mongoose frame you can have the parts off. I put my bike away and
go take a look a look. Sram rear derailleur and grip shifter, crank arm
to match a crank I have sitting around, seat post collar with QR. Now he
hands me 4 ST. Pauli Girl dark beers and says thats for when your
pulling everything off and you can trash the frame. The frame
resides in the dumpster waiting for pick up on monday.

I talked to Joe Prisel (Team Mongoose Pro) this morning and he is going out
to Peru for some kind of DH/FR race in Janurary against Cedric, Carter etc..
Sounds like his bike will be a rebranded Intense but some of the real
production (available to consumers) Mongooses' he rides are pretty sweet.
They aren't all bad bikes just most of them ;-).

Mongoose (Walgoose) and Mongoose Pro are totally separate animals.

Take it to a metal recycler and maybe get enough to buy a beer or two.

Its not worth the time just for a beer. But did ride
to the packy and came out with a bottle of Mexico. Now all I need is a
bottle of 7up. The bottle of Vanilla Skky goes to my boss since she
can't get her hands on Tom C.
