I'm getting sick of my top tube getting bashed and scratched
off other uncaring bikers at work when they lean their bikes
against mine. Any sugestions for coverings that I could
perhaps put on the top tube to prevent further damage? I see
that EBC have a set of clear thingies for £16, but if I can
find a cheaper alternative I will!

Cheers

<Blue Peter mode> Get some sticky backed plastic and cut it
to size. Get a grown up to cut it if you're too cack handed
to use scissors ;-) </Blue Peter mode>

This is what I've got on my bike to protect the bit where
the lock rubs when it's in its holder.

(and I cut it all by myself!)
