Donovan Rebbechi: 70 miles
Joe Positive: 64.3 miles
Phil M.: 45 miles
SWStudio: 41km (25.6 miles) with a busted appendix!!!

I'm so jeolous. I've been idle now for 2 weeks, waiting for
my weight to come down before I start running. But I think
I'm actually gaining weight. I'm so depressed.

Assuming you've already "unloaded" (your term, not mine)
, then being idle may be the problem. Is there some
reason why you can't move. Any kind of movement will help
to burn calories.

If calories in minus calories out is a negative number,
then you will lose weight. This works no matter what diet
you are on.

Gosh darnit! Did I just respond to a troll? Sorry people. I
should've added this loser to my plonk file last week.

Me Again?

Yes I am an animal. As previously pointed out, I am a
predatoir, cat-like, while Roidger is a squeaky little mouse
hiding under a leaf, shaking in fear.
