Does it come with a Power Ranger outfit or do you have to
buy that seperately?

Not sure I want my fender eliminated. I paid good money for
that guitar.

Why do motorcycles have the chain on the left and bicycles
on the right ?

Just because!!!...that's why!!!...stoopid bloody question
;-) (alternately - engine construction on m/cycle) Is it
possible to get a bicycle with chain(set) on other side ?? -
possibly in countries where they drive on the wrong side of
the road p'raps? Dave.
ps - Anyone got a really nice house with 3 beds, large
garden and seaviews in Cornwall (preferably Penzance)they
want to sell cheap (£150k-£160K) - to a really nice
family? (don't mind a bit of tlc required.)

Erm, ah, well, um... yep. Sort of... Some of denizens of
UKRM lead ever so slightly bizarre existences. Much more so
than over here on UKRC. (Well with the exception of a few
car and speed phobics, oh and whilst we're at it, the
recumbent sorts too. Although the Venn diagrams I've drawn
so far appear to have these last in union with the former
two in the vast majority of cases. Gross over generalization
anyone? ;-) )

Unless of course... you know different...

I think it's just down to convention. Cars generally have
the engine on the right and gearbox on the left if FWD,
except for some Honda engined cars where it's all the wrong
way around.

They don't all; MZ and CZ were on the R IIRC, Don't get me
started on gear change/rear brake !

So make it a fixed, which solves the derailleur problem too.
In fact, it's even been done. No prizes for guessing who by:
http://www.sheldonbrown.org/gunnar/

(And I think there are actually opposite handed freewheels
for BMX bikes with opposite handed drives too. Google finds
a few pages with people who have modified standard
freewheels for recumbent projects, and confirms what I
thought about BMX, e.g.
