Polar S720i

Hi

Just wondered if anyone knows if it is possible to see, on the Polar S720i display, the 'distance covered so far' while still riding? It seems that you need to stop the timer before you can see the distance readings. I like to know how far I have ridden before turing around and heading back home for example, but can't seem to find the button/function that will tell me that. :(

You need to reset the TRIP value. After starting the HRM, press the top tight hand button until you get the trip option. Now press the light button, holding it down until the trip value zeros. This can be done before starting the ride, but your heart rate measurement must be on.
