Blimey Sean! Glad you're OK and hope your Ti frame is as
well. I would have played dead for longer to let the
b***** stew for a while.

I remember you making this point previously in response to a
post of mine. In idealistic terms, I agree. But when aiming
for self preservation and being able to get on with one's
life the police are best left well alone. If forced to
interact, best to agree, nod and depart asap. Arguing with
the police, even from a strong position is asking for
trouble. Unfortunately their power is real not just the
"fixation" of "arrogant fools".

I'd have fed him my forks.

Unfortunately, I can't agree here. Faced with plod offering
friendly but unsafe advice, or the misuse of authority, I
always challenge.

Furthermore, I do not let go. I have argued the peasant in
uniform who manages my local cop-shop to a standstill on
more than one occasion and each time he shows his lack of
intelligence.

Never has there been any come-back. However, since I rarely
drive and don't own a car, his options are somewhat limited.

But you are expressing opinions, and are therefore
probably a terrorist (or supporter of terrorist
organisations) and can thus be interred indefinately
without trial. Luckily your plod doesn't appear to have
worked that one out yet! ;-)
