Article in today's Telegraph.

"1.5 million motorists caught by cameras"

but here's an extract..

"Motorists caught speeding on camera increased by 31 per
cent to 1.4 million, while fines for those going through red
lights rose almost 80 per cent to 71,000."

Motorists going through red lights???? Shome mistake,
shurely! We all know from Someone From The Other Place, that
motorists *never* do such a thing!

I can imagine the rest of the article - stealth tax,
innocent motorists, soft touch, real criminals, Paul
Smith etc etc.

Loads of my colleagues at work have been done. One guy I
was working with yesterday a/noon told me he now had 9
points as he had just received a letter saying he had
been zapped doing 36 in a 30 on his m/c. At least they
don't bleat about it to the local rag about there being
no 30 signs!
