SPEX prep?

Took and passed the Med boards a long time ago but have
been in management and not actively practicing recently.
Now I need to get licensed in a different State and SPEX
is required.

SO I need to take a SPEX prep course.

Could someone advice me on what is the best or warn me of
what would be a waste of time?
