Wet weather road bike tire (700 X 25C)

I am looking for recommendations for a road tire that has good wet weather handling. I would be putting these tires on a bike that will be dedicated to biking in rainy conditions.

Does anyone know of a quality tire that is designed specifically for gripping wet pavement?

Continental's Grand Prix 4-Season tire tread compound supposedly is specifically optimized for wet weather grip and low temperatures...
