Does anyone know where the best medical health care in the
world is? Not necessarily social or free or a high taxed
society, but for the best care for serious requirements or
life saving operations? I know in Canada the health care is
free (so they say) but enormously expensive of course and
most hospitals seem to burry their mistakes, the U.S. has
better quality doctors and of course it may be out of pocket
(less taxes though) but what countries are the best? Anyone
familiar with a website that may rate different countries
and their performances? Thanks
