folks, I have a strange problem with my left foot. My left
knee has always been "more sore" than my right after my
runs. Of late, Ive been biking like mad to do a long multipl-
day ride. My left foot is starting to act funny. First,
there is a feeling of a warm rush once every say 45 seconds
on the outer part of my foot. This is the foot that is
always put down when I brake so, that might be something to
keep in mind. I thought I had internal bleeding :) But, the
doc said that that would be painful and since I dont have
any pain, I was in the clear. but she didnt know why I would
have a warm rushy feeling every so often. Has anyone
experienced anything weird like this??
