For tinnitus patients who are also suffering from high
blood pressure, is it better to use calcium channel blocker
than ACE inhibitor, though both are capable of lowering
blood pressure?

Thank you in advance,

FP

On the issue of tinnitus (OT for AST), whichever class does
not worsen the tinnitus would be preferred.

However, on the issue of cardiovascular benefits (OT for
SMC), the ACE inhibitor would be preferred.

As if there ever were any doubt that my responses are OT :-)
