View Full Version : dizzyness
i've been training on the track the last few months and after doing hard efforts (sprints 500 tt and 2000 pursuits)i get real dizzy and sometimes throw up. i dont do this on the road and its a lot harder than track
I went to the doctor and got blood everything normal
any thoughts?
Thought Number 1: post this in the training section
Thought number 2: Sprints= oxygen deprivation=dizzyness
Thought number 3: Sprints and TT = lactic acidosis= vomiting
perhaps you should back of a fraction until you get used to the high intensity of track work
Is it indoor track you're training in? Maybe dizzyness etc. are because of bad air. I've heard that some indoor tracks have poor air conditioning.
