thanks for that, just one more question about my headset, at the moment i have a older convensional fsa headset.
what are my options from here? do stay with what i have or upgrade to a new one. i have been reading forums and article on various websites (incuding chris kings) about different headsets and how they work and was wondering is it woth going to an internal headset or not?

You cannot go to an internal/integrated HS. If what you have is threaded you cannot stay with that if you want threadless.
