View Full Version : Armstrong in Court on Wednesday
According to L'Équipe today LA is in court Wednesday about
the book. If the case goes on for a few days does this mean
he is in litigation over doping matters and LeBlanc won't
let him start? All the best Dan Gregory

Has LeBlanc had anything to say about the book or it's
allegations? He usually comes out on Lance's side, but
in the wake of Millar's predicament, he may be holding
his tongue.

Knucklehead
he is NOT in a formal investigation of doping, he is in a
lawsuit over a book that alledgedly slanders him. Two
totally different things Dave

Books libel - speech slanders. Problem is if the hearing
doesn't quickly find in his favour he will have to prove the
authors are libelling him which could take some time and
surely puts him in the same position as di Luca having to
prove his innocence in the face of misguided accusations. If
he doesn't succeed in proving them wrong the polis will take
an interest. All the best Dan Gregory

You confuse apples and oranges. Go back to the start and
