As to the former, you should contact the DAs of every county
he passed through during RAAM that year (1985, IIRC). As to
the latter, you should contact the USDOJ at http://www.usdoj.gov/contact-
us.html as we may be dealing with an enemy combatant. Don't
be surprised if somewhere along the line one of them holds
you for psychiatric evaluation.

See the movie "Fame" and you will realise what an
inspiration it was to African Americans. Anyway, those
movies are like "Citizen Kane" when compared to "Can't Stop
The Music" with recent Olympic champion Bruce Jenner.
