Supreme Justice Scalia is a Liberal Rat

View Full Version : Supreme Justice Scalia is a Liberal Rat

How dare the Supreme Court rule vs. the Bush
Administration 8-1.

And as for Scalia, how dare he suggest that the Bush
Administration be bound by the Constitution. Bush is
far above that. Justice Scalia ought to be removed from
the court.

Scalia urges action by Congress Justice Antonin Scalia
complained in his dissent in the Hamdi case that neither the
president nor Congress seemed willing to do their duty as
the Constitution demands.

"Hamdi is entitled to a habeas decree requiring his release
unless (1) criminal proceedings are promptly brought, or (2)
Congress has suspended the writ of habeas corpus."

Scalia wondered why Bush has not asked Congress to suspend
the writ of habeas corpus, saying "if civil rights are to be
curtailed during wartime, it must be done openly and
democratically, as the Constitution requires" in Article I.

I don't belive that the king of RBR has actually returned. Until I at least see a "dumbass". Still isn't this returning to the forum just before TDF time a little below King Kurgan.

I didn't think it was him at quick first glance at posting
details, showing a change either in IP or news service.
Actually Papy's clone was most confusing, but that seems to
have disappeared, thank goodness.

Is your computer riddled with viruses? My filter set aside
some emails riddled with viruses from
peckledoggydeletethis@yahoo.com

Is that another one of your aliases? If it is, you got some
problems. Layers of security on my incoming email strips
active-x, java and attachments with known extensions in the
virus database.

Sierrastalker forgets that most viruses spoof the From:
address when they replicate themselves. Someone else has
peckledoggydeletethis@yahoo.com in their address book AND
has the virus, which is sending itself out to everyone else
in their address book, pretending to be from you.

Your a funny guy. No, Henry has had his clones in the past.
It's only takes one click to look at the posting details.
Since Henry used to post more then anyone else, probably
everyone knew his posting details. The one that was grevious
was Papys clone since Pappy usually has something useful to
say without being a jerk.

it does make me wonder, but since you say that, i'm
compelled to admit that i've also kept a list of henry's ip
addresses handy. heather
