Maybe, but you should probably worry more about impotence
and osteoporosis. People who spend too much time on bikes
and not enough time HIKING end up with the brittle bones of
an elderly person. Well, that's the wages of sin!

Not true when riding mountain bikes, only a possibility when

I just read the March 2004 Bicycling article. You should
read it, before you make an utter fool of yourself. Mountain
biking is only slightly better than road biking, and only if
you stand up the whole time. Who wants to do that?! You
might as well be hiking.... But go ahead. You have nothing
to lose but your bones. (No WONDER mountain bikers have no
backbone....)

Not True, mountain biking is a better resistant workout than
walking, go try it yourself instead of reading some garbage
like Bicycling. (no wonder environmentalist have no balls,
