View Full Version : Natural recovery drinks

John Sanders

Hi everyone, Is there anyone out there who uses natural
(organic) recovery drinks? I'm interested in finding a
natural alternative to something like Endurox.

Thanks,

John

milk (maybe soy milk for veg) although I suppose it might
depend on what the cows have been fed or what's been added
to it as to whether it's classified "organic" or not.

John, Just drink your urine as you run. Just aim and drink!
Sure it's a bit messy, but you'll get used to it. Nothink
better or more natural. Bill "pee breath" Rodgers

Natural and "Organic" are not the same thing.

There are some flavors of Gatorade that do not use
artificial colors or flavors.

Thanks to all for your replies. Especially the pee one. I'm
really excited to try that. Yeah... thanks.

A glass of skim milk with a turkey sandwich gets you fluid,
carbs and a little protein. Since I do not tolerate dairy
all that well, I use Gatorade. Throw in a few potato chips
or pretzels for the sodium and you are off to a good start.

Gatorade is not "natural" but I am less concerned
about honestly.

Don't mind that bad breath, just chew a little feces to dull
the urine smell.
