Conjugated Linoleic Acid CLA

I've been taking a couple CLA pills with each meal for about
a year. I heard that it has some kind of dairy enzyme that
is lacking in milk, nowadays. Are there any side effects I
wonder? Anyone else taking this supplement? I probably take
4 grams a day.
