A report is being made about events and their consequences
that point to artificially created and exploited
environmental disease. It has resulted in greater permanent
physical disability, diminished intellectuals powers and
visibly unsound appearance along with endangering the well
being of others.
The deduced motives for those actions are to "coerce
location" of an individual perceived to be "mentally
disordered." The primary characters behind the operation are
Florida natives with hints of family connections that allow
greater influence.
During the 45 months the campaign has been operating,
participation has grown to a number easily in the hundreds.
It includes patrons and staff at stores, malls, markets,
libraries and public areas such as parks and beaches.
It's unusual for a healthy, knowledgeable, disciplined
individual go from normal mobility, good and improving
health and above average intellectual ability to looking
like a dazed, disabled homeless person. Doctors offer no
medical explanations.

Holiday Village Mobile Home park and elsewhere throughout
Pinellas County. It's in "The Report from the Holiday
Village" at:
