View Full Version : (Repost) Stevia caused my Cousins "thang" to fall off.

Given the recent posts of certain fruitcakes who pretend to
be doctors, I thought I would repost this oldie but goodie.

Today I received bad news from my cousin. He too is
diabetic, and was talked into using Stevia by some less then
scrupulous marketers.

Today he received bad news from his doctor. An organ that,
let us say, he had received great enjoyment from in the
past, and had great plans for, has shriveled up and must now
be amputated.

His doctor ( her first name is Lorena, I can't remember what
her last name is ) said that this was caused by his use of
Stevia, and is common in male users.

Apparently women suffer a similar fate, but it is too
gruesome to go into detail here.

He told me that the FDA has received several complaints
about Stevia, and is now thinking of banning this "food
additive".

When he gets over his depression, he will create a Web page
detailing the dangers of using Stevia, but for the moment
all he wants is to be left alone.

For the benefit of those who don't recognize the "Lorena"
reference, this is either a joke or a hoax.

I personally recommend _avoiding_ stevia, but it will NOT
cause your "thang" to fall off.

He that complies against his will is of the same opinion
still.
