Ok so after reading about how cinnamon lowers the blood
sugar of some people I decided to give it a try. Yesterday I
after working out I put a teaspoon in some lowcarb milk w/
some cream ,protein powder and ice. It was actually pretty
good. This morning I decided to make some coffee. 2 packets
of splenda and a bit of lowcarb milk, and the coffee and
cinnamon. I noticed that much of it didn;t mix that well. I
drank the coffee and when I got to the bottom had a sludge
looking mixture so I went back to add some more
milk. I started to stir and noticed that the cinnamon was
like a SLIME in the bottom of the mug...I don't mean
just really thick.....I mean like a SLIME. Just
started me wondering what was going on....could the
cinnamon absorb the fat? and make a slime?? Could
this be why some people cinnamon doesn;t work for
(some reaction with coffee)???
Also what is the "normal" ammount of cinnamon to use?
How often???
Just weird.
