Im a 37 year old male and I notice that I don't sweat
anymore even in extreme heat. This causes me to feel
overheated and feel very fatigued at any temperature over
75 degrees.
Is there a sweat test? What is it called and what kind of
specialist would I have to see?
Also, I have skin lesions that are hard to see, except when
in extreme heat and then its obvious. I think its the
beginning or middle stage of erythema ab igne from working
in a steel foundry. Is there some camera or something that
can map or expose hard to see skin lesions and make it
obvious to my doctor that the lesions are there? I have
constant burning skin pain.
