View Full Version : any suggestions ?
Dear ng ! I love cooking and prepared a delicious fish
recipe, but the fish smell remains in our kitchen ... Apart
from thorough cleaning, is there maybe a grandmother's trick
to get rid of the fish smell ? Something like an onion that
absorbs the smell ? It seems that the odour chemicals have
attached to many places. Thanks a lot, Monique

LOTS of your favorite incense. :-)
And a better hood to remove the smoke and odor during the
cooking process.

Now, do you have an actual, useful suggestion for her?

Your suggestion of incense is the best. After a lot of
experimentation, I've found Sandalwood to be the most
effective. It's the most popular in Asia as well.

OZIUM spray, at most large drugstores, hardware, etc. Tall
narrow can, white with blue.
