Velocity versus Ritchey OCR Rims

I want to build a rear wheel using an off center rim this
time around. I know that the Aerohead comes with off center
drillings, and that Ritchey has a similar offering. Is there
any consensus on which rim is better -- or if either rim is
any good. -- Jay Beattie.
