View Full Version : Newbie Shoe Question

Herman Munster

Hi all, I have been running since about August. With approx
175 miles on my Asics 1070's I am seeing some wear on the
outside heal. Is this normal? It is not allot of wear, but
enough that I noticed it when putting my shoes away the
other day. Any comments would be appreciated. Mark

Did you get your shoes from a running store? And did they
watch you "test run" in the new shoes? If no to any of these
questions, then go to a running store and make sure your
shoes fit your running style. If yes to the questions, then
I don't know.

Yes. The normal way for a foot to land is on the
outside edge of the heel and then roll inwards. Don't
worry about it.

You're not getting enough oxygen.

Great Marathon

Perfectly normal. However those bolts in your neck are
kinda scary.
