View Full Version : Polar Software Question

Hi all,

I just got a Polar S720i and am very happy with it. However,
I have a question regarding the software.

I set up an exercise set that consisted of a one-minute
warmup followed by a three-mile time trial. When I analyze
the report in the software, I only care about the
information from the time trial. However, the software
gives me the statistics on the one-minute warmup as well.
I am concerned that this one minute is skewing my
averages. Anyone know of a way to just get the report to
cover the time trial, so I can get my averages to not
include the warmup?

Thanks,

Dan

Quite easy really.

At the bottom of the graph you will see a blue line. Right click below this line and you will see the line disapear (you can also remove it by right clicking of the graph and picking remove all selections)

At the bottom of the graph in the area of numbers you need to put the mouse point at the start point and left mouse click and drag to the point you want to stop selection, you should see the blue line appear in the area selected. If you just get a zoom in of the graph you have done the selection a bit high, just reset and try again.

All you need to do then is to go to the top menue bar and click the selection info button (looks like a graph with a i).

If this is not clear enough let me know and i will redo the explination with some screen shots.:D
