Colnago Frame Repair Quesry

I have a friend who has one of the Colnago Carbo-Tubo's. It
looks like the drive side seat stay is coming out. Does
anyone know how he can contact Colnago to see about getting
it repaired?

Thanks,

Stu

Thanks,

You can contact them but they won't repair it.

Peter,

Thanks for answering a question not asked. Now, does
anyone have a phone number, e-mail or an address that will
go to a department that will pay attention? I would assume
it's under warranty as he is the original owner and he's
only had it about 2 years.

Thanks Again.

Contact Colnago's US Distributor, they have supposedly
"extended" all warranties to 4 years:

I think you missed his answer. Once your friend tries
jumping through all the hoops to get his over priced frame
fixed, you will understand why Peter answered the way he
did. What your friend needs to do is get in touch with the
dealer he bought the frame from. If he did not buy from an
authorized dealer, will probably end up with an expensive
wall hanger.
