today i cycled about 30miles in the morning then about 40 in the afternoon, and i kind of stopped for a while at the end of 40miles and i was standing there lookin at the road, and it looked like it was going away from me and slightely goin sideways, dis wen on for bout a min or so. my legs wer burning up big time, i had 2 bottles of water (nt very much) is that the reason why? probably is......
