Route through Oklahoma (specifically from OK City to Tulsa)

Hi everyone!

I'm planning a bike trip that goes through Oklahoma and was
wondering if anyone would be able to help me. The plan is to
go from Amarillo to Oklahoma City to Tulsa and then to
Northern Arkansas. If you could help me getting from any of
these cities to another, or give some advice on cycling in
Oklahoma, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
