Ksyrium freehub removal - how?

Anyone tell me how to get a freehub off some early model (99 ish SSC not SL) Ksyriums.
I'm trying to swap the Shimao one for a Campg version.

Sorted!! Got the freehub off but next problem is that outer bearing on later hubs seems to have smaller bore than older model. Therefore axle won't pass through. looks like I'll have to swap bearings as well. :(
