Was wonderiing about the variation of your heartrate when on a turbo trainer. I have heard a few guys say that because they are hotter than usual that their H/R is higher. Is this true? Can you measure it, if it is? Does the big fan combat any difference? What is the general 'rise' - 2 or more heartbeast per minute?
