What needs to be done to change 9 speed to 10 speed?

Change the cassette and the right-hand STI lever. Then adjust the Hi and LO stops on the rear deraileur and the barrel adjuster.

What about the need to use a 10 speed chain and chainrings ?

What about the need to use a 10 speed chain and chainrings ?I forgot about the chain. There's a super narrow chain to fit the cog spacing on a 10s cluster. No need to change chainrings.
