I have just had to replace the chain & sprockets on my Ultegra GS.
How many Ks should I expect to do before replacing again

would it be too much of a smart-ass response to say "about the same amount of mileage as you put on your last chain/cassette"? :D

seriously though, it can vary depending on the conditions where you ride and how well you take care of your drivetrain. dirty stuff can accelerate wear and tear.

you might invest in a chain-wear measuring tool because, IMO, one cassette can last through more than one chain.

The Groupset was on a bike I bought second hand so I have no idea how may ks it had done prior to my purchasing it.

oh, i forgot to write, i usually get about 1,500 miles out of a chain with decent (but not obsessive) care. so 2,400 kms?

maybe 5-6 chains to a cassette?
