thanks in advance. All CF forks can weigh as little as 300-330g.Ones with alloy or steel steers weight more.Ones with alloy crowns thrown in even more. You will have a clearer picture when you get over your sloth, weigh yours and do some internet searches. Factor in the potentail saving from lighter stem and bars too if your lethargy can handle it.

check out Weight Weenies:

My Columbus Muscle forks (full carbon) are on their, and they were 391g before I cut 2cm off the steerer.

I have an old pair of carbon forks with a cro-mo steerer that are 595g.

My old 531 forks are about 700g, and I have a few pairs of alu forks with cro-mo steerers that are all about 600g. I've weighed other cro-mo forks that are around the 800g mark.

I've weighed several carbon forks with alu steerers, and they average about 500g

You might wanna check if putting a 400g fork on an old steel frame upsets the front end balance.
