Punctures.....!

recentley i've been geting so/too many punctures, i've checked both of my tires for materials (Continental tyres..) and they're fine, isnt there any sort of tape or anything you can put in between the tyre and inner tube??

thx a lotYeah,but you will still get flats. Flats ae caused by lots of things other than punctures by road trash. Pinch flats from underinflation,rim defects and issues with rim strips/tape.Check em all.
