What is your favorite magazine for road bikes?
Cycling Plus. Its from the UK so it cost a lot but it is worth it. Loads of product reviews. As far as English magazines go i think this one is by far the best, but the cycling routes do me no good because I dont live in the UK. There are probably some sweet French or Spanish ones too, but I cant read spanish or french. I have read some good Japanese magazines though, these are especialy good if you like track, since its pretty popular in Japan.

would like to know if the procycling you mean is an american publication. or do you mean the german procycling? or are they the same mags, in different languages?

my favorites: tour (german), procycling (german), le cycle (french), radsport rennrad (german)

It's the british version. It takes a while to get to me, but it's worth it.

I agree!! Here in the USA it is hard to find but I found it at Tower Records of all places? They do have an extensive magazine rack and I am VERY happy they carry it. Performance bike stores (stores not the catalog) also started carrying it recently, Huzzah!! $14 US, is pricey but it is great! And unlike Bicycling and Velonews you won't read the whole thing while in line to pay for it!Check out Road also, it is an oversize glossy mag in the US. I buy mine at Performance or Books a Million.

Tour Magazin (German) - lots of objective tests, plenty of Euro racing scene news, training articles, etc. without too much glossy fluff. This is the mag that had the test results for the frame and the 2004 Dura Ace I put together for my new bike.

My reading/lusting list:

Mountainbike Action
Bicycling- ehh, sometimes it's okay. Do they know bikes that cost less than $5000?
Cyclesport America
The Ride- sometimes available, always full of great stuff.
