What to sell my Fuji Team for?

Hello all! I inherited a 2001 (i think) Fuji Team. I know nothing about road bikes, and need to sell it. It's 56cm and much too tall for me anyway.

I'll try and list the "Extras" I can see:

Spinergy sr-3 wheels
Selle Italia Gel Seats
Kore Handle bars
Reyolds Ouzo Comp carbon forks
Profile design Neck/stem
Shimano Ultergra Components and crank.
....aside from that, I don't what else to look at.

Alright guys... I did a filtered search on Ebay, and found Jack and you know what.

What would your best guess be? 500? 1000? Hhhheeellllppp!!!

Add about $200 for the upgraded Spinegy wheels (if they are in good condition) and if the rest of the bike is in good condition, you should get at least $800

List it on Ebay with a reserve of $800 and maybe you will get $1000 if people get into a bidding war over it.
