Hello all, In October '03 I was unfortunate enough to trip whilst out jogging and smashed my left Patella. Very painfull to say the least. Anyway, the Patella was wired up (or Tension Banded) to aid the knitting of the bone. This has been a hinderance in my cycling to say the least. I find that I am unable to put the miles in as I used to do because the wires "rub" and cause a lot of discomfort. In Jan '05 the wires are due to be removed and I was wondering if anybody out there has had similar knee problems and how long will it be post removal before I can manage a Century ride ?:confused:
