shimano pedal/cleat stack height

Does anyone know the stack height of shimano's SPD SL pedals, D-A, Ultegra and 105?
I can tell from pictures that the D-A has a lower profile, smaller surface to spindle-center distance, than the other two. But I can't tell if there is any difference between the 105 and Ultegra. Just curious...

Don't know the stack height however when I started using the new DA pedals, had to lower the saddle height about 1-2 mm when I switched from Looks.
