Hi,

I have two questions about the Shogun Ultegra 6510 Shifters.

a) Has anyone had any experiences with these? On roadbikereview.com, the Ultegra 6500 got a pretty poor rating (see here (http://www.roadbikereview.com/Shifters/Shimano/PRD_28082_2511crx.aspx)). Does the same problem plague the 6510? I can't afford to go for Dura-Ace.

b) Will the Ultegra's work with my Deore LX Derailleurs / Cassete / Crankset? Or will there be indexing problems?

Thanks!

David.

David. The 6510 have some upgrades. They work with mtb stuff other than the mtb FD.

How do you mean 'they work with mtd stuff other than the mtd FD'?

FD = Front Derailleur? So I'll have to get a new front derailleur?.. Would that work with my existing crankset?
