Computer/light off-handlebars mount

I've seen these mounts that attach to your handlebars the way a computer does, but extend whatever you mount to them (computer, headlight, etc..) out in front of the stem. What are they called and who makes them? Thanks for your reply.

If you have an oversized bar, be sure these fit. Some only fit a standard bar.

Yes that's it. I couldn't remember the name. I found that there's a newer one that mounts to either the stem or bars and swings:
