recently bought a Giant XTC3, am a relative new rider (finally something to actually take off road properly instead of my old "mtb" that looked like it could go offroad).

Mostly use my XTC3 to ride to work, only since its 2 days old (at the time of this post)

Um, yeah.

Um, I'm from Idaho and I've been riding now for about 14 years, but only riding seriously for about 6 years.
I ride a Gary Fisher Sugar 3+ right now, but I'm getting a GF Cake 2 in about month.
I also like to road bike some, but I don't do it as often as Mt. Biking, mainly cause' I don' have a road bike, and I have to borrow one from someone when I want to go.

I'm from Orange County in Southern California. I'm a work-at-home dad marketing wellness/nutrition products online and cycling is one of my recreations.

I'm from Eau Claire, Wisconsin in the USA. I teach High school English, which means I have the whole summer to ride my bike.

I live in France and work in Switzerland - hills are the speciality !!
I train every day mixing running and cycling. Work is 40K away so it's a good daily ride (when there isn't any snow as we have now) It's also excellent for MB.

Sounds like a wonderful way to live! We have snow in the mountains; but, Colorado Springs is nestles in the foothills so we get lucky. Right now we are still getting cold and snow every now and again (just to remind us father winter is still here). We have loads of hills; but, I am lousy so I have to get out there and train some more. Went out with some triathletes over the w/e and I think they tried to destroy me .. they did! Sooooooooo I will have to go out alone in some sort of desguise and train, train and train some more .. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I'm a new member here to seize the oppertunity to learn from you guys. I am a uci classed masters cyclist who has achieved double bronze in match sprint and 750m in my country's national championships 2003. I hope to improve this in june 2004. so any tips would be considered... I would like to train for the persuit.

Hello out there. I am a 48 yer old who used to ride a lot and compete, now I am fat and old:(. I am trying to get back into some kind os decent shape to be able to ride 100+ a week and do some 70-100 mile rides occationally. I live in Montana, and I am a environemntal consultant

From New York I am a nursing supervisor for a Cardiac Cath Lab I have been cycling for a couple of years and now the entire fam is involved, did my first century last year, want to do more mountain biking this summer, finding it very hard to stay is good shape during the winter, I want to throw my trainer right out the window!!!!! but I gues I will need it next winter.
