I am in London and I used to sell advertising, I have just applied for a job at http://cycling.tv . That would be my dream job...to work for a TV Channel and sell their awesome services all over the world to other people who love cycling. I don't know if I'll get it, but wow...

Hi there ! I am from SA. I basically cycle more or less 60 km everyday to work. I prefer to cycle with a mountain bike for strength and during summer with a road. Spinning plays a very important part of my schedule during winter.:D

A little introduction from me...
Hi everyone,
My name is Babette and I'm from the Netherlands (a.k.a as bicycle nation ;))
I love to cycle - on my mountain bike, my stationary bike at home and even on my "grandma bike" :p which I use to cycle to school or wherever I want to go when I am not in mountain bike-mode.
Some facts; I'm 20 years, love the band MUSE and am handicapped without my discman on a bike.
Hope to get to know people around here.

Hi everyone! I'm from Bensalem, Pennsylvania in USA. I'm a pro tennis player focusing on winning wimbledon in 2006. I suppose there are cycling fans everywhere!:) For practice I usually wake up at 3am have tennis practice until 6am, go to the gym from 7-10am nap until 12 noon (sometimes) then it's back to the gym until about 4 and then it's more tennis until 10pm sometime 11pm. It's a lot, but you can't be the best if you don't sacrifice.

HI guys! I`m Speedie Gee living in Glasgow Scotland. I have more bikes than clothes!! My fav being my road bike - LOOK KX Light. Just started track racing - my thighs kill!!! But what a sport to get fit. In the summer I spend time in Les Gets, Morzine and the Pyrennes. In Scotland you`ll see me on the downhill courses at Innerleithen, XC at Glentress but now more likely on the local roads round Stirling or the track.

I have not long been on the track, I am working with the coach to learn the track and decide what discipline to focus on - I am pretty sure I will be entering more sprint events than endurance. It was really easy for me to get started on the track - they are desparate for riders so just turn up! The skills and fitness you will get from it will dramatically influence your other riding, and track riders just don`t stick to the track I have many offers to go riding at other times with these riders now!

I am from South Carolina, United States. I usually ride two or three times each week, 100k total, but right now I am not riding because I have a bad back wheel and cannot afford to replace it, because I am unemployed. At least the tour is on tv, though.

Thats fantastic!! I am so happy you have given it a go!!
I am not a pro .. yet, working on it very hard and I do have some pretty mental sounding plans but have two coaches and a pro who think I can do it so I am really lucky with that. Club wise I am with Edinburgh Road Club but riding track. So your from SA, unfortunately I have had a pretty mental training session this evening and I am just about to go to bed!! Bummer, will definately catch you again...so will you go there again??!!:D

Hi!
I'm from the SF Bay Area, work for a Dotcom (yes there are still some of those) and I cycle.
I'm getting back into racing shape after having a baby 1/2 a year ago - so yes, I'm that rare thing - a biker chick

Hey all,
Im from London UK originally, but now am married and living in Totonto Canada. Been riding all of my life, but neer seriously, was always more involved in competitive sprots like rugby basketball volleyball, but here i find myself in the right place to do it.
Bought an average hard tail mountain bike which i intend to slowly upgrade as and when i have the money, and i am hunting out better and better trails to test myself, and improve my skill.
My wife cycles with me as often as she wishes, but wont do anything too challenging yet.
Great to be a member, this is a very useful place.
