SRAM X9 Range

Hi all,
Whilst stalking around my local bike shop the other day I took a close look at a bike which featured SRAM bits (shifters and front and rear mech) all X9 version. As someone who’s got Deore bits on my bike I was wondering how they compare and if they’re a decent upgrade?
